Strength



Today I will be stronger and I will take 1 step closer to a healthier life.

My Top 10 Tips..plus one extra




  1. Don’t buy what you can’t afford
  2. Own up to your mistakes, regardless of consequences, even if you would get away with blaming others. The truth always finds its way into the right hands.
  3. Tell your parents and siblings you love them, life can be taken at any time, you want the last words you remember to be words worth remembering.
  4. Acting dumb is worse then being dumb
  5. Don’t play victim, is having people feel sorry for you really what you want? Or would you prefer people who love being around you because you make them feel happy?
  6. Listen, you have two ears and one mouth, you need to use your ears more, that’s why you were given 2.
  7. Learn to say ‘I’m Sorry’ stop waiting for someone to say it to you, swallow your pride, don’t let it get in the way of life.
  8. When people say sorry, accept it. They can’t take it back and you don’t have to be in a relationship or best friends with them again, however accept it for yourself, not just for them.
  9. Don’t rehash a bad experience, why live it twice? If you start thinking of one, try and change your thoughts to something else, like pet names (well that’s what works for me).
  10. Love like it’s the first but learn from the last.
  11. Don't let others tell you your future, you are in control of your actions and you can always find possible in impossible.
